We had the best experience yesterday morning at Hughes &... Cozad Orthodontics, The Woodlands location. Karen greeted us at the front desk and was able to help get us checked in for our appointment. A few minutes later, Brianna came up front to bring me back for my appointment. I did have my 21 month old with me and there was plenty of room to bring him back by me in his stroller. Brianna took super good care of us, I just needed to be scanned for a new retainer to protect my teeth and help with clinching and grinding. Lastly, Cassidy helped us on our way out and we got to vote for our favorite pumpkin! Highly highly recommend Hughes & Cozad Orthodontics. Great family practice for all ages.read more

Hughes & Cozad is truly exceptional. Both locations are... absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff are always the friendliest, kindest people.Every dental hygienist and assistant I’ve met has been just as wonderful — friendly, capable, and great at making patients feel comfortable. Dr. Cozad himself is beyond talented and incredibly knowledgeable. My sister had a great experience with Invisalign under the care of Dr. Cozad, which is why I chose to undergo my own treatment with him as well. Even while attending college out of state (in Florida), Dr. Cozad and his team went above and beyond to make my treatment seamless, from scheduling around my limited breaks to mailing my trays to me. He’s also incredibly caring and kind — always willing to check in personally (even for routine appointments). Additionally, he somehow remembers details about his patients’ lives, which feels so genuine and special.A huge thank-you as well to Jill, who made getting started so simple. She explained everything clearly, helped us navigate insurance (which worked out perfectly), and even sent us home with the cutest Hughes & Cozad shirts and merch bag. As a dentist, I'm very particular about my own orthodontic... care. Dr. Cozad, Dr. Valencia, and Dr. Hughes are the most intelligent and friendly orthodontists out there! My treatment outcome is way better than how I imagined! Trust the process, they know what they're doing. Also wear your rubber bands. Their entire staff are very friendly, they greet you by name, detail oriented, and everybody is welcoming. They used robotically bent wires to move my teeth and my braces case finished in 9 months. The office design is welcoming and modern. I will "loosely" base my office design off theirs. I'd bring my kids here in an instant if I had kids.read more
