From greeting me with a smile at the door, kindness when I call about an appt to the service provided by the hygienist and orthodontists - full comprehensive service with a smile! My kids love the reward system on collecting points that then turn into gift cards. And the monthly activities like nominating your favorite teacher or voting for your favorite pumpkin during Halloween show how much they care about their staff and community - always giving back. Check in process is very nice quick easy very friendly. We started here mid braces experience because of an awful previous ortho and Dr. Hughes was a night and day experience! The office is calm, welcoming and he is so experienced. After issues with another office replacing a wired retainer, this team was efficient, prompt and professional…old broken retainer removed, scanned for a clear retainer, and it was ready in just two days. As an adult getting braces for the first time, I wasn’t familiar with my options and had no idea where to start. As a dentist, I'm very particular about my own orthodontic care. Dr. Cozad, Dr. Valencia, and Dr. Hughes are the most intelligent and friendly orthodontists out there! My treatment outcome is way better than how I imagined! Trust the process, they know what they're doing. Also wear your rubber bands. Their entire staff are very friendly, they greet you by name, detail oriented, and everybody is welcoming. They used robotically bent wires to move my teeth and my braces case finished in 9 months. The office design is welcoming and modern. I will "loosely" base my office design off theirs. I'd bring my kids here in an instant if I had kids.

My kids 8yo and 14yo were seen for different reasons. Every single staff member we met was friendly, patient, very caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Cozad explained and talked through everything in detail with us. Very pleased with our experience.

I love this place I’ve never been to an orthodontist before but this place blew my expectations away! they’re so sweet and professional, their spring location is so new, clean and modern! I went in to get an opinion of my issue and Dr. Hughes gave me a run down of what I have to do, Kendra was so sweet explaining us the payment options for my issue, I definitely and highly recommend this place as an adult, can’t wait to come back and get my braces with them! Also f.y.i your first consolation with them is free!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cozad and his incredible team at Hughes and Cozad Orthodontics in Spring. From start to finish, April and Roxanne were an absolute delight—always patient, caring, and attentive to my needs at every appointment. Dr. Cozad went above and beyond to try to achieve the exact results I was hoping for with my braces. He is a highly skilled Orthodontist and it was evident in how he addressed the challenges with my teeth. Although, my teeth didn't turn out perfect, I am more than satisfied with the results.Even though wearing braces was uncomfortable for me, the entire team made every visit as pleasant and stress-free as possible. Their professionalism, warmth, and the individual attention they provided me truly made a difference in my orthodontic journey. The office was very clean and sanitary. All of the employees were professional and polite at all times. I highly recommend Hughes and Cozad Orthodontics in Spring to anyone looking for quality care and exceptional results.

My son had braces installed and within a 24 month term they were off, he was also a good patient. From beginning to finish everything was nothing short of professional, warm and inviting. Fantastic from beginning to end! Appointment was punctual no wait, I got my paperwork done online very convenient and great technology the pictures the camera very updated equipment and beautiful office, All staff works as a team! Very fast efficient and helpful the Doctors take time to sit and explain and educate you on the child’s treatment I was very impressed and satisfied with my son’s treatment. My son loved it as well he wears his owl shirt proudly 😆🫶🏻

I’m so glad that I found this place to get Invisalign treatment. Dr. Hughes and Dr. Cozad are amazing! They have a lot of experiences in their field and will give me the most honest opinion about my case. While doing their best to help me achieve a better smile. The staffs are extremely friendly as well. If this place claim to be no.2, then no other practices can claim the no.1 spot because this place is the best!

I always hesitate when I leave 5 star reviews because that will mean it will be harder for me to get an appointment at some point…having said that, Dr Cozad and his team are simply the best! They are authentic, friendly, and most importantly, they are exceptional medical providers. If you’re looking for an orthodontist for your kids, I highly recommend them.

Drs. Hughes & Cozad and Team were simply amazing. My son had a lot of anxiety with getting braces on top of a bad gag reflux. They all worked with us and were very patient. My son was able to get comfortable with a consistent assistant who explained every step and after a year & half he has gotten his braces off. Everyone who knows his journey is so impressed with how much he has grown and matured in the process including his normal dentist. His teeth are beautiful and I truly appreciate how they went above and beyond to ensure he had a good experience. Forever thankful.
