I have always loved the dental field. I have been a registered Dental Assistant since 1998 and joined Hughes & Cozad Orthodontics in 2018. I love working and visiting with patients along with making beautiful smiles. My husband and I have two beautiful kids who drive Junior Dragsters! We spend every weekend at a race track or ballpark. You may also find us hunting and enjoying the outdoors.
Brooke
I was born and raised in Cypress, TX. I have been an orthodontic assistant since 2014 and joined Hughes & Cozad Orthodontics in 2020. Now I get to use my orthodontic knowledge as a Treatment Coordinator.
Idalia
I was born and raised in San Antonio. I have been in the orthodontic field for over 30 years. I joined Hughes & Cozad Orthodontics in 2021 and am loving my new working community. I have 2 children, Juliana and Lorenz.
Holly
I was born and raised in east Texas. I’m new to the dental field and automatically knew orthodontics was going to be my niche. I’m grateful to be a part of the Hughes & Cozad team for the patients and my work family.

I was raised in Tuscon, Arizona and moved to Texas in 2008. I have been an orthodontic assistant since 2016. I have a son, Gannon, who I spend a lot of t outside with.

I have lived in the Houston area now for over 10 years and worked in the dental field for 13 years. Orthodontics is my favorite area as I so enjoy seeing our patient’s transformation.

I have been with Hughes & Cozad Orthodontics since 2006. After a brief time away from October 2017 – March 2018 I am so very excited to be back with such a great team.

My name is Shawna. I was born and raised in Texas. I have been married for 10yrs. I am a mom of 2 boys and 2 dogs, and I love every second of it. We like to be outdoors riding motorcycles or just spending quality time as a family.

I am an Ohio native who moved to Houston from Virginia. I have been in the orthodontic industry since 1997 and love it! I feel so blessed to be a part of the team at Hughes & Cozad Orthodontics!

I am originally from Fort Worth and moved to The Woodlands a few years ago. I have been in the dental field for 17 years, and orthodontics is my passion! I feel right at home here with the team and our wonderful patients.

I have been in the orthodontic field since 2010. I recently moved from Beaumont to Conroe to be closer to my family. I enjoy interacting with patients and seeing the transformation in their smiles.

I am from Cali, Colombia. I have two beautiful children, Valerie and Steven. They are the sunshine of my life. I joined Hughes & Cozad Orthodontics in 2017. I’m very excited to start this new journey in the orthodontic field.

Hey I’m Brianna. I was born and raised in Houston, TX. My first passion is softball. I dedicated 16 years to the game and continue to share my love through coaching. On the weekends, you can find me playing with my dog, Nugget, hanging out with my friends, and spending time with my family.

I’ve been working in Orthodontics since 1987. I enjoy seeing the end results of a beautiful smile. I worked with Dr. Hughes in his earlier year and am grateful and excited to be back. In my free time I enjoy going to the beach and just being outdoors.

Been in orthodontics since 2005. I recently got engaged to my fiancé, Toby, in May 2022. I’m a cat mom to Zoe and Zara and in my spare time I enjoy concerts, movies, and Houston sports. Personally, I think everyone looks better with braces!

Hey, I’m Maddie. I was born in Houston and recently moved back to start a family and career. I am the baby here at Hughes & Cozad. I recently joined the team in August 2022. I love everyone I work with and can’t wait to see where the dental field takes me! In my spare time you can find me at the dog park with my husky, Nova, or spending time with my family and friends.
Lisa
Although I was born and raised in Oklahoma, I’ve lived in Texas for over 20 years. I am a natural born problem solver and I think that’s what drives my passion in the Orthodontic Lab. I’ve been creating orthodontic appliances for nearly 25 years and every time I produce an appliance that helps our patients and I feel a sense of accomplishment and joy. I enjoy traveling and spending time with my daughter Shalisa. In my free time, If I’m not traveling, you will find me with a paint brush or hammer rehabilitating furniture or home décor.
JoAnn
I was born and raised in Ohio, lived in St. Louis for 16 years and moved to Texas in 2018 to be closer to our kids. I have been in the dental field since high school (25 years). I have been an orthodontic assistant and now lab tech. I love every aspect of orthodontics.
