I have always loved the dental field. I have been a registered Dental Assistant since 1998 and joined Hughes & Cozad Orthodontics in 2018. I love working and visiting with patients along with making beautiful smiles. My husband and I have two beautiful kids who drive Junior Dragsters! We spend every weekend at a race track or ballpark. You may also find us hunting and enjoying the outdoors.

I was born and raised in The Woodlands, TX. I graduated from Houston Dental Assistant School as a registered dental assistant in 2017.

I was raised in Tuscon, Arizona and moved to Texas in 2008. I have been an orthodontic assistant since 2016. I have a son, Gannon, who I spend a lot of t outside with.
Shawna
My name is Shawna. I was born and raised in Texas. I have been married for 10yrs. I am a mom of 2 boys and 2 dogs, and I love every second of it. We like to be outdoors riding motorcycles or just spending quality time as a family.
Morgan
I was born and raised in the Spring, TX area. I graduated from Oak Ridge High School in 2015. After being introduced into the dental field, I found my home with Hughes & Cozad Orthodontics.

I have worked as an orthodontic assistant since 1998, and I have been with Hughes & Cozad Orthodontics since 2006. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my son, Dean, and husband, Albert.
Hannah
I have been in the orthodontic field since 2010. I moved from Beaumont to Conroe to be closer to my family. I enjoy interacting with patients and seeing the transformation in their smiles.

I was born and raised here in Houston, and I currently live in Montgomery. I have been fortunate enough to have been in the dental field since I was 16!

I am originally from Fort Worth. I have been in the dental field since 1997, and orthodontics is my passion! I feel right at home here with the team and our wonderful patients.
Lisa
Although I was born and raised in Oklahoma, I’ve lived in Texas for over 20 years. I am a natural born problem solver and I think that’s what drives my passion in the Orthodontic Lab. I’ve been creating orthodontic appliances for over 25 years and every time I produce an appliance that helps our patients and I feel a sense of accomplishment and joy. I enjoy traveling and spending time with my daughter Shalisa. In my free time, If I’m not traveling, you will find me with a paint brush or hammer rehabilitating furniture or home décor.

I have been with Hughes & Cozad Orthodontics since 2006. After a brief time away from October 2017 – March 2018 I am so very excited to be back with such a great team.

In my free time I enjoy going to the beach and just being outdoors. I joined the Hughes & Cozad family in February 2025 and feel grateful to be a part of this amazing team.

Been in orthodontics since 2005. I recently got engaged to my fiancé, Toby, in May 2022. I’m a cat mom to Zoe and Zara and in my spare time I enjoy concerts, movies, and Houston sports. Personally, I think everyone looks better with braces!
