My daughter really likes Dr. Hughes and the way he treats his patients. I personally trust his judgment and abilities as an orthodontist.
Financial and Insurance
Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical and psychological well being of children and adults. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. The cost of orthodontic treatment will vary, depending on the nature of the problem. We are sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, therefore we offer several payment options. We will be happy to assist you in determining which method of payment best suits your needs.
For your convenience we accept Cash Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and electronic services, including automatic credit and debit payments.

If you have insurance coverage for orthodontics, we will be happy to assist you in determining your plan benefits available to you and your family.
Your orthodontic insurance plan may have eligibility requirements. Some plans have age limits or waiting periods before coverage can begin.
Insurance plans offer different levels of benefits. Orthodontic benefits are not the same as your dental benefits.
Usually there is a lifetime maximum benefit per person.
Total orthodontic benefits are rarely paid in one payment. Partial payments are received throughout the course of treatment until the maximum benefit has been paid.
If the insured changes employers or if the insurance coverage changes, benefits may also change or be discontinued.
Please remember that insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
